You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of HeyZoya complies with all applicable laws, including TCPA, GDPR, and local call recording disclosure requirements. HeyZoya provides a default caller disclosure, but you must verify compliance for your jurisdiction.
HeyZoya and all associated technology, branding, and content are the property of Machine Minds. You retain ownership of your business data, call content, and custom configurations.
HeyZoya is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a legal or reputational risk to HeyZoya. You may terminate at any time from your dashboard.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, preference cookies to remember your settings, and optional analytics cookies (e.g. page views, feature usage). Third-party analytics tools process anonymised data only. You can opt out of analytics cookies via your browser or our cookie banner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, CA.
